Employee Benefits is only one facet of HR. An awareness of the other components has permitted J.F. Hall & Associates, Inc. to recommend products that attract & retain quality employees within small business budget constraints. This education has also proved to be valuable when working with small businesses as they tend not to have a formal HR position. The small business owner simply wears too many hats. Work Experience: Prior to J.F. Hall & Associates, Inc. Cheryl was a Service Manager for an insurance company marketing life insurance and a variety of retirement products directly to consumers. She understands how to treat a customer but also has great working knowledge of an insurance company from underwriting to compliance/legal, to billing, and to policy holder service.
